Michael Oman-Reagan is interested in the fragile and the pathetic gesture. His communication project utilized a blend of tiny poignant gestures to telegraph the message that all culture needs a caretaker to survive. When encountering the work the viewer must decide if they are a cultural caretaker or a philistine? Civic in scope, his work is often facilitated by small works placed outdoors innocuously near dedicated cultural spaces.
