TJ Norris’s The Vanity of Exclusion took obsessive bodily cleanliness for its theme vaguely creating a bathroom like tableaux. Interestingly, since the space was quite dusty and industrial this clean charge was coupled to an innate dirtiness of the floors and activated this somewhat stoic installation, forcing the piece to constantly challenge the space and vice versa.
